Basic Sweet Potato Toast:
▢ 1/2 large sweet potato rinsed and patted dry
▢ 1 teaspoon avocado oil or cooking spray
Topping Ideas:
▢ Chicken Salad
▢ Hummus & avocado
▢ Almond butter, banana and chia
▢ Cottage cheese and blueberries
▢ Avocado Spread & Egg
▢ Hummus & avocado
