Turmeric & Ginger Shots

These health shots can help reduce inflammation, improved antioxidant status, and potentially support neurological and cardiovascular health! Packed with curcumin, which has both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties - this little zingers help with digestion. Ingredients: 

▢  2 oranges, peeled

▢  2 lemons, peeled

▢  8 oz turmeric: 1-2 inch chunks

▢  8 oz ginger:  1-2 inch chunks

▢  Pinch black pepper

▢  ½ cup water

Instructions


  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the juice through a nut milk bag or cheese cloth. Squeeze the pulp to extract all the juice.

  3. Enjoy!

Add a little apple cider vinegar to the mix for an even greater health benefits!
