Air Fryer Mahi Mahi Tacos
Quick and easy air fryer mahi mahi is the perfect go to for a fish taco! 8 minutes or less! You can't beat it. Can I get a yum?
Mahi Ingredients:
▢ 4 Mahi Mahi fillets 4-6 ounces each
▢ 1 tablespoon olive oil
▢ 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
▢ 1/2 teaspoon salt
▢ 1/2 teaspoon pepper
▢ 1/2 teaspoon garlic
▢ 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
▢ 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Creamy Avocado Sauce:
▢ 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
▢ 1 cup loosely-packed fresh cilantro leaves
▢ 1/2 cup sour cream
▢ 2 tablespoons lime juice
▢ 1/2 teaspoon salt
▢ 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
▢. 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon water
Instructions
This recipe is great with mango salsa + pickled or fresh red cabbage, fresh avocado, lime and creamy avocado sauce!
