Now you can have your healthier chip-dip combo and eat it, too (guilt free!). This is combo is so good no-one will know you've swapped out the ...ahem... less nutrient dense dip ... for one that serves you well. Bring on your A game for the next match!


Look for chips made with premium sea salt and olive oil. Costco, Sprouts and Whole Foods have them!

Ingredients: 

▢  1 lb Greek Yogurt non-fat plain

▢  1 pack Ranch dressing mix 1 oz
▢ 
Boulder Chips (made with Avocado oil)


Not all foods are created equal.
Eat well. Stay awesome!

Instructions


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the non-fat yogurt with dry ranch dressing mix and whisk together.

  2. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with chips or veggies.


Notes:


You can store the dip in the refrigerator for 5 days!


Sweet Potato Chips are also great with this dip.
